How to submit

• Upload registration form, portfolio and proposal in accordance with the submission guidelines on the webhard

- Please name folder name using the last four digits of the applicant’s mobile phone number

Submission Guideline

• Registration form

- Available to download on the ilwoo website and Submit as a pdf file

• Portfolio

- Up to 10 images per series, up to three series can be submitted

(jpeg format and under 2MB in size)

- If you are submitting video or sound works, you must submit a short clip of approximately 3 minutes and a full length version.

• Proposal

- proposal for new work they wish to be working on with the awarded prize

(free form but pdf format within 2 to 5 pages of drawing, text, etc)
